Booking Steps
Step 1

We’ll check availability and send over the info we need to draft your rental agreement for your shoot!
Step 4
Remaining Balance Charged
​
The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days before your shoot.
Step 6
Wrap Time
Please return the space to its original condition before leaving.
Be mindful of wrap-up time to avoid overtime fees.
​
Penalties
• $300 – Cleaning fee if the space isn’t properly cleaned or if smoking occurs indoors
• $250 – Clogged plumbing due to improper disposal of wipes or other materials
• Overtime – Charged at $56.25 per 15-minute increment, rounded up
Step 2
Complete The Rental Agreement

We’ll email you the agreement to complete and return. Your booking is confirmed once both the agreement and payment are received.

Step 5
Submit COI
​
Provide proof of general liability insurance with at least $1,000,000 coverage per occurrence, listing Film Stamp as an additional insured.
Proof must be submitted 48 hours before the rental date.
Step 3
Payment
​
A 50% deposit is required to secure full-day bookings (hourly bookings are paid in full). The final balance is due 48 hours before your rental.

Make sure you’re familiar with our studio rules and guidelines before your shoot day. This helps keep everything running smoothly for your team and ours.
